For agencies

Be the agency that gets its clients named by AI.

Viotto asks ChatGPT, Google's AI Overview, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity who they would send a customer to in your clients' markets. Then we revise and optimize your clients' websites, Google Business Profiles, reviews, and more on a monthly basis, with client updates and reports on their progress. All white label, with your branding. Any healthcare or small business vertical.

The question every agency is getting now.

Your dental client rings. She asked ChatGPT for the best implant dentist in her town. It named three practices. Her practice has four hundred five-star reviews and ChatGPT didn't mention her. She wants to know what you're going to do about it.

Your rank tracker cannot see that answer. The AI tools you priced out would sell you a chart and a list of things to go fix yourself.

With Viotto, you can say, "I'm already on it, here's what we've done, and here's where you are recommended."

Every month, we change what AI says about your clients.

We ask five AIs and Google Search the questions your clients' potential customers and patients ask, in their town. Who is the best knee surgeon? How much does a drain snake cost? Who takes an emergency on a Saturday? We chart where your clients are recommended and where they're not.

Then we revise what's necessary on their websites, Google Business Profiles, etc., to make their online presence the strongest source for those AIs and Google Search (done for you or after your review), so they'll start recommending your clients. The next month we ask again, track progress, make revisions - an ongoing process to take your clients to the top and keep them there.

  1. Step 1See where your clients standWe ask five AIs and Google Search the questions their customers ask, in their town.
  2. Step 2Get them recommendedWe revise their Google Business Profiles, their review replies and their websites, done for you or after your review.
  3. Step 3Show them their progressEvery month we ask again, and your report shows where they have moved up.

Other tools stop at measuring. We keep going.

Profound, Peec, Searchable and Adaptify measure, or write articles for you to publish. None of them touches a Google profile or answers a review.

Measuring is the first five minutes. The other twelve months are what your client is paying you for.

What AI said this week

ChatGPT named you for “best implant dentist” in your town for the first time on Tuesday.

Want more clients? We got you: Walk into any town with a list of businesses AI ignores.

Pick a town and a business type. We hand you the businesses with strong reviews that AI rarely names, giving you the best targets with current, compelling information to make your pitch.

Our study of 31,500 local businesses found that 78 percent of the best-reviewed are never named by AI. There are a lot of potential clients out there.

Everything we do for your clients is set by you, per client: Automatic, Review first, or Off. Set a client to Automatic and the only things that wait on you are changes to the business's core details on Google and to wording already on its website. Set another on Review first and every profile change, review reply and page sits in your console until you say yes, no, or edit.

A Monday email lists what is waiting. Nothing held ever goes out on its own.

Viotto optimizes your client's website for AI Search, or can build them a new one

Most of your clients already have a site. Here is what we do with the website they have, and what you get if they need a new site.

A client on WordPress

Viotto connects directly to your client's WordPress site. The page that answers the questions your client should be recommended for and their articles publish on their own domain, and a weekly check reads the site. It adds structured data where the site has none, and everything else it finds comes to you as recommendations.

A client on Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or anything else

There is no connection to make, so nothing we do touches the site itself. Website revisions are provided for you to apply, while the AI search measurement, the GBP changes, the review replies, the weekly note, and the monthly report all run in full. When you want an automated website experience, add them as a website client and we build a beautiful site for you, optimized for the AI Search era.

A client who needs a new site

We analyze their current site, competitors, and market, and build a complete AI Search-optimized site using your client's photos and your description of their business. Every page is AEO, GEO, and SEO-optimized. You can edit the words, the photos, and the pages in our website editor, and the client won't see the site until you decide it's ready.

Every ongoing change to a client's site sits under the same Website publishing switch as everything else: Automatic, Review first, or Off.

What you pay us

You pay nothing until you add a client, and there is no minimum.

$249 a month for each client you add.
That covers everything on this page for one client: the monthly measurement, the changes to their Google profile, their reviews and their website, the weekly note and the monthly report under your name.
$349 a month for a client who also needs a website.
We build it from the client's photos and your description; you edit it yourself in our editor whenever you like, and the client sees it when you say so.

All five AIs and Google Search, every client, every month. No per-engine charges, no per-report charges, no client minimum.

  • Fourteen days free with a card on file.
  • Ten towns a month of prospect scans included.
  • Cancel a client or your account and it runs to the end of the paid cycle.
  • Your client price is yours to set.

What agency owners ask before they sign up

What the client sees, what is in the program, how the one invoice works, and how you find clients to sell it to. Anything specific to your roster, email hello@viotto.ai.

We already pay for an SEO tool.

It measures rankings on Google's blue links. This measures whether ChatGPT, Google's AI, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity name your client when someone in their town asks, and then changes what they say. Keep the tool. This is the part it does not do.

My clients will not pay extra for AI.

They already ask you why a competitor came up when they asked ChatGPT. The result page shows a client their own answer before you ask for a dollar.

What do I tell the client each month?

Nothing you have to write. A weekly note goes out from your address saying what was fixed and what AI said. The monthly report shows, question by question, missing last month, what changed, named this month. Both carry your name.

Is it fully white label?

Yes. Your logo, your colors and your reply address are on the weekly note, the monthly report, the report page and the welcome email. The Google account that manages the profile carries a neutral name. Your client relationship stays yours.

Why not just ask Perplexity for an audit?

An audit tells you once what might be wrong. We measure whether AI names your client in their town every month, next to the competitors it names instead, and then make the changes on the profile, the reviews and the site. The audit is the first five minutes. The changes are the other twelve months.

What happens when Google changes again?

The measurement runs every month against whatever the engines say that month, and the changes follow the measurement. When a new engine starts to matter, it is added to every client at no extra charge.

What does my client see?

Your name and your logo. The weekly note, the monthly report, the report page and the welcome email all carry your agency's name, your colors and your reply address. Your client never logs in to anything.

What is included for each client?

The program we run for our own direct clients. Every month we ask five AIs (ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) and Google Search who they name in the client's town and which questions the client is missing on. Then we change the answer in five places, each set by you to Automatic, Review first, or Off: weekly note, monthly report, profile changes, review replies, website publishing. The Google Business Profile gets the answers the engines could not find, every review gets a reply, and the pages the client was missing are published to their own website. The weekly note and the monthly report go out under your name. You get one console for every client.

What is a website client?

A client who needs a website as well. We build and host it from the client's own photos and your description of what it should be. The editor is yours: change the words, the photos and the pages yourself whenever you like, with no revision rounds and no change requests, for as long as the client is on your plan. The client sees the site when you say so. Everything every client gets is included.

How does billing work?

One card on file for your agency, one invoice a cycle. Each client is a seat you add or remove from your console. Each client is $249 a month; a client who also needs a website is $349 a month. Both are billed to your agency monthly, per client, with no agency fee and no setup fee. A client added mid-cycle pays the remainder of that cycle, then full price. Cancel a client or your account and it runs to the end of the paid cycle.

Is there a client minimum?

No, and there is no agency fee. Your first client is free for fourteen days. After that you pay for the clients you have added and nothing else. Add a client in any month; a cancelled client runs to the end of the paid cycle and stops there.

Will you ever contact my client?

No. Your client is yours, while they are with you and after. Every message they receive comes from your name and your reply address.

How do I find clients to sell this to?

From your console, name a town and a business type. We check who the AI engines name there and hand you every business with strong reviews that they never name, with its rating, review count, how many answers named it and who was named instead, plus a page under your name that shows the business its own result and a proposal page with your price on it. You see how many times each was opened. Markets we have already scanned appear at once; a new market takes about a day. Ten new towns a month are included.

What do agencies charge their clients?

The price you set is yours, and billing to your client is yours.
